Vision Expo 2026 will mark the event’s 40th year with an expanded educational conference and a unified annual format. The event, produced by RX and The Vision Council, is scheduled for March 11–14 at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) in Orlando, Florida.
All conference sessions, workshops, and show floor education will be located on the same floor of the OCCC. Continuing education programming begins March 11, and the exhibit hall opens March 12. The conference will offer more than 220 hours of accredited education across optometry, opticianry, allied health, and business topics, including disease management, practice operations, lens technology, digital health, and retail solutions.
For 2026, Vision Expo will introduce a streamlined registration structure. Attendees may select either an unlimited or single-day education package and may attend courses on a first-come, first-served basis. The conference will also debut 10 new limited-capacity hands-on courses offering practical training. Education badges will be scanned for course entry.
Continuing education reporting processes have been updated: ABO–NCLE attendees may provide certification numbers during registration for automatic post-event reporting, while COPE–ARBO attendees will provide OE Tracker numbers and scan a QR code at the end of each approved course. CE attendance verification letters for state board renewal will be emailed following the event.
Additional programming includes a myopia control program, low vision education, a new technology showcase, hands-on workshops, Vision Series sessions, and new one-hour summits on current issues in eye care.
