Vision Expo West 2025, organized by The Vision Council (TVC) and RX, will be held Sept. 17-20 at The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, marking its final edition before East and West become a single, unified event.
This year’s conference will feature more than 270 hours of accredited and non-accredited education, including 13 hours of free COPE-approved content. The exhibit hall will host more than 300 exhibitors showcasing the latest innovations in optical technology, lenses, medical devices, and business solutions. Educational sessions will begin on Sept. 16, and the exhibit hall will open the following day.
Returning program features include hands-on workshops, low vision programming, and the Vision Series, free breakfast and lunch sessions that offer overviews of new innovations with actionable practice takeaways.
Here are some new features for 2025:
- Summits: One-hour CE-accredited sessions on current issues in the eyecare space based on Vision Expo’s proprietary research
- Refractive Program: Education focused on refractive and cataract care, bridging optometry and ophthalmology
- Technology Showcase: A space for hands-on product exploration
The OptiCon @ Vision Expo track offers education tailored for opticians, ophthalmic technicians, office managers, and other eyecare professionals. It includes unlimited ABO- and NCLE-approved CE courses, dedicated sessions like the OptiCon General Session and Expert Panel, and access to networking events and certification support.
