Registration is now open for The Vision Council (TVC)’s 2026 Executive Summit, its annual gathering of leaders from across the vision community. The event will take place Jan. 26-28, 2026, at The Ritz-Carlton in Amelia Island, FL.
Designed as a premier forum for optical industry executives, the Executive Summit offers three days of high-level networking, strategic discussions, and leadership development opportunities. This year’s theme, “Vision 2030: Sharpen Your Vision. Strengthen Your Leadership,” encourages participants to think beyond immediate challenges and prepare for the next five years with clarity, resilience, and purpose.
The 2026 agenda will feature a lineup of keynote speakers addressing artificial intelligence, emotional intelligence, regulatory affairs, and the economic outlook for the years ahead:
-
Bestselling author and organizational psychologist David Burkus will share actionable insights on emotional intelligence and building high-performing teams. His session will explore how strong workplace relationships and collaboration can enhance engagement and culture in today’s evolving workforce.
-
Innovation expert Dan Chuparkoff will offer a forward-looking perspective on how businesses can harness AI to accelerate learning, creativity, and autonomy. His keynote aims to help leaders stay ahead of rapid technological change and use AI as a tool for lasting impact.
-
Renowned economist Christopher Thornberg, founder of Beacon Economics, will deliver a data-driven forecast examining national and local economic trends. His presentation will equip leaders with insights to help them plan strategically amid shifting economic conditions.
Structured networking opportunities will be available throughout the program. Attendees can participate in optional pre-Summit activities, including a golf tournament and pickleball event on Jan. 26. The Executive Summit will also include TVC’s annual business meeting, which recognizes board and committee volunteers, welcomes new board members, and shares updates on organizational priorities.
The event is open to both members and nonmembers, though members will receive a discount. A preferred group rate has been secured at The Ritz-Carlton in Amelia Island. Reservations must be made by Dec. 15 to qualify for the discounted rate.
