Brazilian eyewear brand Lapima introduces Perfect Blue, a collection of handcrafted sun and optical styles that celebrate the cool, calm shade. Designed by creative director Gustavo Assis, the collection draws inspiration from cyanotype photography and Assis’s summer travels to Japan.

According to the brand, Perfect Blue represents a journey that blends art, nature, technology, and craftsmanship with a color palette that evokes natural elements such as water, forest, and earth.

Pictured above, the Carmen is the collection’s signature frame—a sun style handcrafted with thick Italian acetate featuring a distinct round silhouette.   

The Gal X is a sun style featuring an oversized square silhouette, with structured lines inspired by modernist architecture.
