The Vision Council (TVC) has opened registration for its 2026 Lab Leadership Forum, scheduled for September 16 to 18 at the M Resort Spa Casino in Las Vegas. The annual event is geared toward leaders within the independent optical lab network and will feature industry discussions, technical meetings, and networking opportunities.
According to the organization, a full agenda for the event will be released at a later date and will focus on professional development, innovation, and the future of independent optical laboratories.
During the forum, TVC will also present the Goodfellow Award, which recognizes an individual for significant contributions to the optical community. The award presentation is scheduled for the evening of September 17. TVC is accepting nominations for the 2026 Goodfellow Award through June 30. A committee from the Lab Steering Committee will review submissions and select the recipient.
“The Lab Leadership Forum is one of the most valuable opportunities of the year for lab leaders to connect, share insights, and shape the future of the industry,” said Michael Vitale, vice president of membership, government relations, and technical affairs at TVC.
Registration rates are listed at $300 for members and $600 for nonmembers. An optional golf tournament will take place September 16 at noon PT and is available as a $195 add-on.
TVC noted discounted room rates are available at the M Resort Spa Casino for attendees who book by August 19.
