Marcolin and Marchon Eyewear, both part of VSP Vision, have announced a series of leadership appointments as the companies continue integrating their global eyewear businesses ahead of full unification, which is expected in early 2027. The new organizational structure places executives in leadership roles that span both Marcolin and Marchon operations across key international markets. The companies said the changes are intended to increase alignment across markets and provide greater consistency in commercial operations.
Marco D’Acunzo, previously CEO, North America at Marcolin, has been named president, Eyewear Americas, with responsibility for Marcolin, Marchon, Altair, and Allure. D’Acunzo, who has more than 15 years of experience working with premium brands in the automotive, sports, and hospitality sectors, will oversee eyewear activities in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
Antonio Castiglione, previously general manager of Marcolin Mexico, has been appointed managing director, LATAM, for both Marcolin and Marchon. His responsibilities encompass Mexico, Brazil, and South America.
Ross Brownlee joined the organization on September 1 as president, Eyewear EMEA & APAC, a newly created position that oversees Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific as an integrated business unit. Brownlee most recently served as CEO of Hilco Vision and will have responsibility for the performance, organization, and strategic direction of the combined EMEA and APAC business.
Lorenzo Barberio, previously Marcolin’s head of sales for APAC, has also been named managing director, APAC, for Marcolin and Marchon. Barberio has more than 20 years of international experience in the luxury and fashion industries and will lead the combined teams in the region.
