Lumenis has launched its 2026 Accelerate education series, a nationwide peer-to-peer learning program designed to help eyecare professionals (ECPs) expand procedural offerings, strengthen clinical confidence, and integrate advanced therapeutic technologies into their practices, the company said in a press release.
This year’s Accelerate series kicked off in Orlando, Florida, with the following events coming soon:

Presented by ECPs for ECPs, each Accelerate event offers facilitated breakout discussions, interactive demonstrations, and real-world case sharing. Sessions focus on practical strategies for incorporating in-office procedures, enhancing patient experience, optimizing workflows, and building sustainable specialty services, the company said in the press release.
According to the company, Lumenis Accelerate events feature the perspectives of leading practitioners including Celesta Ferreira, OD, and Inna Lazar, OD. Attendees also have the opportunity to participate in interactive training with OptiLIFT Dynamic Muscle Stimulation Technology, OptiLIGHT intense pulsed light therapy, and OptiPLUS dual-frequency radiofrequency technology. There is also dedicated time for professional networking during breakout sessions, hosted meals, and a cocktail hour, the company said.
