VSP Vision has named Scott Nehs as its new chief legal officer and general counsel. Nehs will oversee the company’s legal affairs, including regulatory compliance, government affairs, and corporate risk management, reporting to president and CEO Michael Guyette. He succeeds Chris Warren, who retired from the role. Nehs previously served as senior vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and held senior legal leadership positions at PepsiCo.

ClearVision Optical was officially inducted into the Best Companies to Work for in New York Hall of Fame after earning the honor for the 10th time. At the 2025 awards gala, the company also placed No. 13 out of 21 winners in the medium-sized company category. The program, now in its 18th year, recognized 73 companies statewide this year, with only a dozen medium-sized companies achieving Hall of Fame status.
