The Newest Eyewear


The MYKITA + MAISON MARGIELA 2018 campaign unveils the newest arrivals to the collection in a stunning still life series captured by photographer Kate Jackling.

The focus of the latest campaign is the “CRAFT” concept, represented by stainless steel frames that are handcrafted to appear as eyewear jewelry.

The side-shield outline (featured on MMCRAFT001, pictured above, and MMCRAFT002) serves as a reference to the distinctive décortiqué technique seen with Maison Margiela couture, whereby layers are removed to expose the naked framework of a garment.
