Oakley has partnered with Tokyo-born and Brooklyn-based artist Meguru Yamaguchi for the new Kokoro Collection. The collection, named after a Japanese word meaning "heart; mind; spirit," is designed to unify athletes of all abilities. Each individual product is totally unique, designed through a specialized spin technique utilizing a custom-made machine by Oakley engineers to replicate Meguru’s brushstrokes.
To amplify its message of unity, Oakley from Luxottica is making a $200,000 donation to support the Covid-19 Solidarity Response Fund for the World Health Organization.
The BIO Shield from SimulEYE offers a safe and simple alternative to unbuttoning and installing plastic shields. The protective shield sits on the outside of the oculars and can be donned and doffed in seconds. It's made from high-quality, clear acrylic for superior optics, and allows users to quickly clean between uses and patients in seconds.
The BIO Shield securely mounts to the wall, using the company’s proprietary magnet system.
