HOYA Corporation has announced the completion of its acquisition of Performance Optics, LLC, including its subsidiaries VISION EASE and Daemyung Optical. Performance Optics is a global ophthalmic lens manufacturer specializing in polycarbonate, photochromic, polarized and high-index spectacle lenses.
